【Abstract】 The technology of single chip computer and infrared ray photoelectricity are used to detect the quality of chain in production. According to the characteristic of chain, the authors designed special infrared ray photolectric detecting head and microcomputer detecting device which can identify common the faults such as missing chain chip or missing chain roller successfully. A software method against the pulse tremble has been developed, which can accurately record the length of chain that is up to standard.更多还原
