【摘要】 目的：评价角膜缘移植联合穿透性角膜移植的效果。方法：对９例（９只眼）行角膜缘移植的同时行穿透性角膜移植术，术后随访３～７个月。结果：植片透明率为８８．８９％，视力均有明显提高。结论：角膜缘移植联合穿透性角膜移植一次性手术可明显改善植片的预后及视功能，是重建角膜表面一种合理的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of limbal transplantation combined with penetrating keratoplasty,the limbal transplantation combined with penetrating keratoplasty was performed on 9 cases (9 eyes),which had been followed up for 3～7 months postoperatively The rate of graft clarity was 88 89% and visual acuity was improved The results showed that limbal transplantation combined with penetrating keratoplasty could improve the prognosis of graft and visual function,and be considered a reasonable therapeutic method for corneal surface reconstruction更多还原
