【摘要】 目的：探讨小切口不缝合白内障摘出联合人工晶体植入术的方法及效果。方法：４０例双眼白内障摘出联合人工晶体植入术的患者一只眼行小切口，另一只眼做常规切口进行前瞻性研究。结果：小切口组术后第１日至第３个月的散光变化为０．７０Ｄ，常规切口组为４．６６Ｄ，两组之间有非常显著性差异（ｔ检验，Ｐ＜０．００１）。小切口组术后第１日、１周和１个月时的裸眼视力及第１周时矫正视力的平均值均高于对照组（ｔ检验，Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：小切口白内障摘出联合人工晶体植入术可获得与超声乳化术同样的效果，但投资小，更适合在我国推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 To investigate the method and effect of cataract extraction through small incision combined with IOL implantation,a prospective study was made on 40 patients with bilateral cataract in which cataract extraction combined with IOL implantation was performed through small incision in one eye and conventional incision in the fellow eye as a control The mean astigmatism change from one day to 3 months postoperatively was 0 70 D in small incision group and 4 66 D in control group The difference was very significant (P<0 001) The average postoperative uncorrected visual acuity of small incision group at one day,one week and one month,and the average corrected visual acuity at one week were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0 05) Cataract extraction through small incision combined with IOL implantation could achieve the same effect as phacoemulsification However,it costed less and was more suitable to be popularized in China更多还原
