【摘要】 目的评价９９ｍＴｃＭＩＢＩ（甲氧基异丁基异腈）门控心肌断层显像的临床应用价值。方法以冠状动脉造影为标准，对２７例冠心病患者及１１例对照进行９９ｍＴｃＭＩＢＩ门控心肌断层显像及门控心血池显像。结果门控心肌断层显像较非门控心肌断层显像诊断冠心病有较高的敏感性，门控心肌断层显像与门控心血池显像所测得的ＬＶＥＦ有高度相关性（ｒ＝０．８２，Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论９９ｍＴｃＭＩＢＩ门控心肌断层显像有较大的临床实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical diagnostic value of 99m TcMIBI myocardial perfusion tomography for detection of coronary artery disease(CAD).Methods Gated 99m TcMIBI myocardial perfusion tomography and gated cardiac blood pool imaging were performed on 27 patients with CAD (stenosis≥50%) and 11 controls with either normal coronary angiograph or stenosis <50%.Results Gated myocardial tomography imaging showed higher sensitivity than nongated one for detecting CAD.The contraction fraction of left ventricular volume calculated from gated myocardial tomography imaging highly correlated with that obtained from gated cardiac blood pool imaging (r=0.82,P<0.01).Conclusion Gated 99m TcMIBI myocardial tomography is useful for clinical diagnosis.更多还原
