淤积河段防洪设计标准初探——以淠河流域为例
Preliminary Study of Standard of FloodPrevention Designing in Depositing River Course ——A Case Study of Pi River
【摘要】 以淠河六安段为例,分析了河道淤高的主要原因是水土流失和河道水文情势的变化,探讨了河道淤积对六安市防洪警戒水位的影响,指出了淤积河段的防洪设计标准必须考虑河床的动态变化.此外,厄尔尼诺等灾害事件对防洪设计标准也有极其重要的影响.
【Abstract】 Taking the river course of Luan of Pi River as an example, this paper analyzed the reason to deposit in the river course and found out that it mainly be attributed to soil erosion and the change of hydraulic condition in the river course. This paper also discussed the effects of the deposition of river course on the warning level of Luan City and pointed out that the standard of floodprevention designing in depositing river course must take the dynamic change of riverbed into account. In addition, ElNino has a very important influence on the standard of floodprevention, which is closely related to huge flood disaster happened in Jianghuai drainage basin.
