【摘要】 采用急性生理学和慢性健康状况评分系统,Ⅱ（APACHEⅡ评分系统）回顾性分析748例烧伤患者，对其疾病严重程度进行分类评估．结果：入院时评分轻度烧伤2．03±0．21、中度烧伤4．66±0．47、重度烧伤7．22±0．35、特重度烧伤8．95±0．32（P＜001）；死亡病例临终评分18．87±1．69；评分值与伤情变化是正相关．认为APACHEⅡ评分系统是一个数字化的方法和指征，能较客观准确地动态评估病情变化，指导诊疗，预测预后，并有助于临床科研的可比性和统一性．更多还原

【Abstract】 748 cases of burned patients were retrospectively analysed by APACHE Ⅱ (actue physiology and chronic health evaluation system) and their degree of the disease was classified and assessed. Theresults were as flows: in hospitalization, the score of mild burn was 2. 0310. 21, moderate 4. 66±0.47, severe 7. 22±0. 35, and special severe 8. 95 ± 0. 32 (P< 0. 01 ); in the death, the value of terminationwas 18. 87± 1. 69; the scoring value was related to the changes of injury. lt is suggusted that APACHEⅡ system is a method and an indication of figure, which can dynamically evaluate burn changes objectlvelyand correctly, instruct the treatment, forecast the prognosis, and is helpful in the comparability and unityof clinical scientific research.更多还原
