【摘要】 目的：评价维奥欣与硝酸异山梨酯单用或合用对冠心病心绞痛的疗效。方法：冠心病心绞痛病人１００例，随机分为维奥欣组３３例，给维奥欣１６０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑ８ｈ×４ｗｋ；硝酸异山梨酯组３４例，给硝酸异山梨酯１０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｑ８ｈ×４ｗｋ；２药合用组３３例，２药用法及疗程同上述。结果：维奥欣组临床有效率及心电图改善率依次为７３％与４８％；硝酸异山梨酯组依次为７６％与４７％，２组间比较差别无显著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）；２药合用组依次为９４％与７３％，均优于上述２个单用组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。上述３组均无显著不良反应。结论：维奥欣与硝酸异山梨酯组疗效相似，２药合用疗效明显提高更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM: To compare the efficacy of Wei_ao_xin or/and isosorbide dinitrate treatment of angina pectoris. METHODS: One hundred patients of coronary disease with angina pectoris were randomly divided into 3 gorups: Wei_ao_xin group had 33 patients. Each patient received Wei_ao_xin 160 mg, po, q 8 h for 4 wk. Isosorbide dinitrate group had 34 patients. Each patient received isosorbide dinitrate 10 mg po, q 8 h for 4 wk. Complex group had 33 patients. Each patient received the same usage of the two medicines for 4 wk. RESULTS: Clinical effective rate was 73% and ECG effective rate was 48% for Wei_ao_xin group. And for isosorbide dinitrate group, the two rates were 76% and 47%, respectively. There was not significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Clinical effective rate was 94%, ECG effective rate was 73% for complex group. There was significant difference between complex group with Wei_ao_xin group or isosorbide dinitrate group (P<0.05). 3 groups all had not remarkable adverse reactions. CONCLUSION: The effects of clinical symptoms and electrocardiography are similar for Wei_ao_xin and isosorbide dinitrate. The effect of combination therapy is better than that of either Wei_ao_xin or isosorbide dinitrate alone.更多还原
