【摘要】 目的：研究特非那定对成人哮喘的作用。方法：采用随机、单盲、交叉对照法，以呼气峰流速仪监测２０例稳定期或轻度发作期成年哮喘病人口服特非那定（６０ｍｇ，ｂｉｄ×２ｗｋ）时的呼气峰流速（ＰＥＦ）及其变异率（ＰＥＦＲＶ）。结果：口服特非那定时ＰＥＦＲＶ和ＰＥＦ分别为１３％±ｓ１０％和２９２±８９Ｌ／ｍｉｎ，不用特非那定时分别为１９％±７％和２８１±１０４Ｌ／ｍｉｎ。胸闷、气急、咳嗽、咯痰及喘鸣有效率分别为７９％，８２％，８４％，５０％和３８％。对过敏性鼻炎症状（鼻痒、流涕、打喷嚏等）的改善更明显更多还原

【Abstract】 ABSTRACT AIM: To study the effects of terfenadine on adult asthma. METHODS: Stable or mild attacking stage adult asthmatic patients (n=20)were measured peak expiratory flow rate variation (PEFRV, %) and peak expiratory flow (PEF, L/min) after po terfenadine 60 mg, bid for 2 wk, with peak expiratory flow meter by randomized, single blind, crossover controlled method. RESULTS: Terfenadine reduced PEFRV and improved PEF, ie, 13%±s 10% and 292±89 L/min, respectively; while without terfenadine, PEFRV and PEF were 19%±7% and 281±104 L/min, respectively. There was significant difference in PEFRV ,but not PEF. Clinical symptoms were markedly relieved in chest tightness 79% (11/14), shortness of breath 82% (9/11), cough 84% (16/19), cough up phlegm 50% (2/4), and wheezing 38% (6/16). Terfenadine also improved manifestations of allergic rhinitis. CONCLUSION: Terfenadine is beneficial for adult asthma, especially with allergic rhinitis.更多还原
