【摘要】 目的：分析原发性腹膜后肿瘤的CT表现，探讨CT对其鉴别诊断要点。材料和方法：50例经手术和病理证实的原发性腹膜后肿瘤，其中良性15例，恶性35例，均行CT平扫及增强检查。结果；CT定位诊断正确46例，占92％。定性诊断正确36例，占72％。结论：CT对原发性腹膜后肿瘤的鉴别诊断有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To evaluate the CT appearances and CT differential diagnosis of primary retroperitonealneoplasms. Materials and methods:The diagnosis of the 50 cases primary retroperitoneal neoplasms were verifiedsurgically and pathologically. There were 15 cases of benign tumors and 35 cases of malignant tumors in thisgroup,both pre -enhanced and post -enhanced CT were performed in all cases. Results: 46 (92% ) cases were correctly localized by CT, 36 (72%)cases were correctly diagnosed by CT. Conclusion:CT is very useful for the differentiation of primary retroperitoneal neoplasms.更多还原
