【摘要】 本研究对38例成功地完成了鼻窦内窥镜手术的Ⅱ型慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉术后患者，在术后常规处理的基础上，采用“炎敏灵系列”中药治疗（治疗组），随访6个月，临床治愈率为86．7％，对照组30例，治愈率为64．5％，两组比较有非常显著性差异（P＜0．01）；两组患者治疗前的IgE、IgA和IgM无显著性差异（P＞0．05），治疗后，治疗组的IgE、IgA、IgM值（均值）均有显著升高（P＜0．05），对照组升高不显著。“炎敏灵系列”中药对鼻腔、鼻窦主要致病菌有明显的抗活性作用。指出，“炎敏灵系列”中药能协助消除鼻窦内窥镜手术后的变态反应因素、控制特殊感染和提高患者的免疫功能的作用，从而提高慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉的治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article,we collected 38 patients with Type Ⅱ chronic paranasal sinusitis and nasal polyp,all were treated with paranasal endoscopic operation succesefully. Exclude of giving routine therapy after operation, we gave "Yan Min Ling herb serials" to the patients in the treated group, and had carried on follow -up for 6 months and the results showed that cure rate was 86. 7%, and it was 64. 5 % in control group of 30 cases. There is the significant differences between the two groups, (P<0. 01 ), and the level of IgM, IgA ,IgE had no significant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0. 05). After treatment with the herb serisls, the level of IgM , IgA, IgE were elevated significantly in the treated group, but weren’t elevatd sighficantly in the control group. "Yan Min Ling herb serials" act against main pathogenic bacteria in nasal cavity and parasinus with obvious anti-activation, we also find out that "Yan Min Ling herb serials"help to eliminate allergic factor after paranasal sinus endoscopic operation, and help to control the specific infection and to promote the patient’s immune function and then elevate the cure rate for patients with chronic paranasal sinusitis and polyp.更多还原
