【摘要】 太原脱硫石膏综合利用工程,采用日立制作所的高速水平流简易石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫工艺技术生产脱硫石膏。该石膏经快速气流干燥、炒锅煅烧。处理后产品性能达到建筑石膏和粉刷石膏的国家标准的优等品要求。介绍了烟气脱硫石膏的处理对原辅材料的要求,生产设备,工艺流程及工艺参数及脱硫建筑石膏和脱硫粉刷石膏产品所达到的技术指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 In comprehansive ultilization project of the Taiyuan desulphated gypsum,the flue gas desulphated tech- nology with the high-speed level flow and simple limestone-gypsum method from HITACHI COMPANY is used to manufacture desulphated gypsum.By high-speed gas stream drying and kettle calcine,this chemical gypsum can be transformed into architecture gypsum and plaster corresponding with high grade products in national standard.This article introduces the requirments for raw and auxiliary materials,the assembly,process and parameters,as well as the technical indexes of the desulphated architecture gypsum and plaster.更多还原
