Dot-ELISA早期鉴别阳性钉螺的实验研究

【摘要】 应用抗血吸虫单克隆抗体的Dot-ELISA检测早期感染钉螺体内血吸虫抗原,并以镜检为对照。钉螺感染后,逐周取样30只进行检测,结果显示感染3wk后,钉螺血吸虫抗原的阳性率为70%。以后逐周增加,5wk为83.33%,8wk为96.67%。提示该法似有早期鉴别阳性钉螺的效能。

【Abstract】 The Dot-ELISA was established by monoclonal antibody to detect schistosome antigen in snails,and the comparison with microscopical examination was observed. 30 snails exposed to miracidia of S. japonicum in mass were detected individually every week. The positive rate of schistosome antigen in snails was 70% in 3 weeks post-exposure,and then increased later to 83. 33 % in 5 weeks and 96.67% in 8 weeks post-exposure. The result suggested that the method is protensire for identifvation of positive snalls in early-stage.
