碳源和Mn(Ⅱ)对白腐菌Panus conchatus产木素降解酶的影响

【摘要】 研究了碳源及二价锰离子Mn(Ⅱ)对白腐菌Panusconchatus产木素降解酶的影响。结果表明碳源的种类对标过氧化物酶(MnP)和漆酶(laccase)产生的影响有明显的差异。Mn(Ⅱ)对P.conchatusMnP和laccase的产生有明显调节作用。不加Mn(Ⅱ)条件下,P.cochatrus几乎不分泌MnP,而laccase在木素降解醇中占据了主导地位。加入并提高Mn(Ⅱ)浓度,MnP活力随之提高,而laccase活力却相应降低。

【Abstract】 The effects of Carbon source and manganese(Ⅱ) on the ligninolytic enzymes production by Panus conchatus were investigated. The results showed that production of manganeseperoxidase(MnP)and 1accase demonstiated different patterns when the fungus grew on a defined mediun with glucose and extracts of malt or potato as so1e carbon source. It was found ihat production of MnP and laccase were regulated by adding manganese(Ⅱ). Laccase as a mainligninolytic enzyme was produced during the culture in the absence of Mn(Ⅱ), and only limited activity of MnP was detected in the same case. with the increasing of Mn (Ⅱ) concentation in the medium, the production of MnP increased, while the production of laccase decreased.
