水轮机过流件磨蚀面修复有机复合弹性涂层材料的研究

【摘要】 根据水轮机过流部件的磨蚀机理,研究了一种修复保护磨蚀区的新材料—有机复合弹性涂层;试验和应用证明,该涂层有良好的抗冲蚀、气蚀性能,寿命达一年左右,有显著的推广价值.图4,表2,参4.

【Abstract】 On the principle of wear of water turbine transition parts, the new materials of repairing and protecting wear area, elastic coating of organic compound is studied and formed. Being proved by experiment and application, the coating material is fine properties about resistant wash-out abrasive and cavitation erosion, and is valid for one year, thus being have noteworthily populariged value. 4figs., 2tabs., 4refs.
