转子系统动静件径向摩擦的振动特征
VIBRATION CHARACTERISTICS OF ROTORS WITH RUB
【摘要】 动静件碰摩是旋转机械中较常见且难以确诊的一类故障.本文分析了具有线性支承和非线性刚度转轴的Jefcot转子系统发生动静件径向接触摩擦时的振动特征,揭示了其多吸引子共存、拟周期振动、次谐波振动以及分叉等非线性动力行为,得出的结论有助于旋转机械摩擦类故障的准确诊断.图6、参9.
【Abstract】 Rotor-stator rub is a common fault difficult to diagnose in rotating machinery. The vibration characteristics of a Jeffcott rotor with linear bearings, nonlinear stiffness shaft and rotor-stator rub are investigated theoretically. Some nonlinear dynamic phenomena of the rotor investigated, including coexistence of attractors, quasi-periodic vibrations, subharmonic vibrations and bifurcations, are revealed. The conclusions of the paper are conducive to the accurate diagnosis of rub faults in rotating machinery.6figs.,9refs.
