资本结构问题的探讨
The Discussion about Capital Structure
【摘要】 探讨了企业资本结构的有关问题。从企业的内部分析了企业过度负债的原因 ,讨论了资本负债对企业破产的影响及企业管理者的努力水平与资金总量的关系
【Abstract】 This paper mainly discusses the problems of captial structure.We analyse the reasons why firm want to choose high debt and show the relationship of captial structure and bankrupt.
