【摘要】 阐明了投资项目技术、经济和社会系统综合评价的概念和作用,分析了综合评价的原则,研究了综合评价的程序与方法.

【Abstract】 The conception and function of synthetical evaluation on technology,economy and society of investment project were explained. Then the principles of synthetical evaluation were analysed. At last, the program and methods of synthetical evaluation were researched.
