【摘要】 为了探讨血浆内皮素（ET）、降钙素基因相关肽（CGRP）在新生儿窒息中的作用，利用放免法测定正常新生儿37例与窒息新生儿25例血浆ET与CGRP的水平。结果显示窒息新生儿血浆ET显著高于对照组，而CGRP水平均明显低于对照组（P均＜0．01），ET与CGRP呈显著负相关（r=-0．58P＜0001）。提示ET、CGRP是参与新生儿窒息发病的重要体液因素。二者之间失衡可能是新生儿窒息发生，发展的重要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 The level of plasma ET and CGRP were tested by radioimmunology method in 25 cases of neonatal asphyxia and 37 cases normal newborns. The results showed that the level of plasma ET in neonatal asphyxia Was obviously higher than that of normal newborns, but the level of plasma CGRP in neonatal asphyxia was obviously lower than that of normal newborns.
