【Abstract】 The DNA of eleven wild species from Malus Mill. were extracted by using a new method developed by Christopher G.Alpha etc. Five pairs of primers of group P from Operon Company were used to establish the RAPD markers of the species. As a result, We got the RAPD markers of five out of 11 species, and established the reaction parameters for PCR of Malus wild species. The problems were discussed of isolating DNA from plant tissues rich in polyphenolics, like the leaves of Malus species.更多还原
