植物油-甲醇-醚三元系溶解度的研究
The Solubility Study of Ternary Systems of Vegetable Oils/Methanol/Ethers
【摘要】 植物油与甲醇均相酯交换生成甲酯和甘油的反应比传统的两相酯交换反应快得多,而添加惰性溶剂使两相系统成为均相是一可行办法.25℃和常压下确定了三种植物和甲醇与两种醚组成的6个三元相图.这些相图可用来估算油/甲醇二相反应变成均相反应醚的加入量.
【Abstract】 The homogeneous ester exchange reactions of vegetable oils to form methylesters and glycerin are much faster than the traditional two phases ester exchange.Adding inert folvent to the phases reaction systems to transform into the homogeneous reactions is an available method.The six ternary phase diagrams comprising vegetable oils,mathanol,and ethers are obtained at 25℃ and ordinary pressure.These phase diagrams may be used for estimating adding quantity of ethers which convert the two phases reactions of oil and methanol into homogeneous reactions.
