【Abstract】 The homogeneous ester exchange reactions of vegetable oils to form methylesters and glycerin are much faster than the traditional two phases ester exchange.Adding inert folvent to the phases reaction systems to transform into the homogeneous reactions is an available method.The six ternary phase diagrams comprising vegetable oils,mathanol,and ethers are obtained at 25℃ and ordinary pressure.These phase diagrams may be used for estimating adding quantity of ethers which convert the two phases reactions of oil and methanol into homogeneous reactions.更多还原
