【Abstract】 The average contents and iodine value of butterfat in yaks were determinated.The results showed that they were 6.5% and 34.4.In lactation period,monthly changes of the contents and iodine value of butterfat were studied.The most content was 7.2% in the month of 9～10 and the least 5.66% in 2～3.The highest iodine value was 38 in the month of 8～9 and the lowest 30 in 2～3.更多还原
