应用PCR扩增检测伊氏锥虫的研究
DETECTION OF TRYPANOSOMA EVANSI BY PCR
【摘要】 本文建立了伊氏锥虫ＤＮＡ的ＰＣＲ扩增技术，并用于伊氏锥虫的检测。经ＰＣＲ扩增后的ＤＮＡ片断分子量约为２３７ｂｐ，可以检测到０．１ｐｇ总ＤＮＡ或１条虫体，可以诊断小鼠的早期感染（第一天）和重复感染，还可以用来考核抗锥虫药物疗效；该项技术对锥虫具有特异性，且灵敏性和准确性都很高。
【Abstract】 he method of amplification of DNA is established to detect Trypanosoma evansi.The amplified fragment of DNA is 237bp,which can be used to detect 0.1pg of the whole DNA or 1 Trypanosoma evansi,to diagnosis the early infection(the first day in mice)and repeated infection,and to observe the efficiency of antitrypanosoma drug.The results show that this technique is specific for trypanosomes,highly sensitive and accurate.
