【Abstract】 This paper presented the interspecific fusion of alive protoplasts of streptomyces aureofaciens and inactivated protoplasts of streptomyces rimous.Based on the sensitivity of streptomyces aureofaciens to streptomycin the selectiue medium was formed,which raised the efficiency of picking out fusants.By analysing the antibioticproducing obility and isozyme patterns,fusants were indentified.更多还原
