【摘要】 目的为泪道阻塞研制一种带引线的硅胶泪小管插管。方法该管由上、下牵引线、头部及管部组成（外径0．65mm，内径0．3mm，长8～9cm），头部为3～5mm的硅胶小柱。用于不同类型泪道阻塞248眼插管。结果248眼中181眼治愈，治愈率为72．9％。结论此管易插，长期留置泪道不产生严重并发症，适合于双泪小管、双泪小管-泪囊-鼻腔及双泪小管-泪囊-鼻泪管插管。更多还原

【Abstract】 A silicone tube with two tractive threadswas made as a intubation in different types of lacrimal ductobstruction.Methods The tube (0. 65mm outter diameter, 0. 3mm inner 19～11cm in length)collsisted of four parts: uppertractive thread, lower tractive thread, head and tube. Thehead was a small silicone column. It was used in the intubation in 248 eyes with different types of the lacrimal ductobstruction.Result in the 248 eyes, 181 eyes had been cured, thecure late was 72. 9 %.Conclusions Tab tube is easy to be tracted into thelacrimal duct by a ti’active thread and stages in the lacrimalduct without any serious complications for a long time, andis applicable to the intubation through bicanaliculi, bicanaliculi-tear bag-nasal cavitity, and bicanaliculi--tear bagnasolacrimal duct.更多还原
