【摘要】 目的：对那些不能用外科手术或正畸治疗的方法来矫正上颌前部组织缺损较多，形成短缺畸形，并伴有部分牙齿移位距离较大，无咬合功能的患者，为了恢复其颜面外形和口腔功能。方法：采用保留错位的牙齿，用双牙列加牙合垫修复的方法进行义颌和义齿修复治疗，获得了满意的临床效果。结果：由于修复了缺损的颌骨以及相应位置上的牙齿，患者的咀嚼功能，发音功能以及呼吸等功能得到了恢复，面部外形也有了明显的改善。结论：这种修复方法既经济省时，又美观实用，是值得推广和使用的。更多还原
