深层过滤过程数学模型的建立及机理概述

【摘要】 深层过滤是水处理工程中的基本单元方法,在油田注水处理。石化厂废水治理方面有很重要的地位。本文的研究目的的是建立深层过滤过程的数学模型。通过物料衡算方程、颗粒沉积速率方程及阻力计算方程的联合求解,得出了滤出液浓度随时间和滤层高度的变化关系以及床层压降随时间的增长规律。在进行了大量的针对新型滤料──炉渣的实验测定工作基础上,利用本文所提出的数学模型,得出了具体的关于炉渣滤料过滤器的悬浮物浓度、沉积量的床层压降的计算公式。实验结果分析表明,本文所提出的数学模型是符合实际情况的,可以准确的描述深层过滤过程。本文给出了深层过滤过程中悬浮物浓度、沉积量和床层压降随时间和过滤高度变化的数学表达式,可以用于不同滤料的深层过滤过程的工程预估。

【Abstract】 Te deep bed filter is one of the basic Units in water treatment engineering, lt plays an impor-tant role in the produced water treatment of oil field and waste water treatment of refineries. Theresearch purpose of this paper is that setting up mathematical model of the deep ed bilter. By wayof the combined calculation with a mass balance equation, a knetic equation and a head loss formula(Kozeng equation), it obtained the variable relationship of suspension material concentration alongwith time and filter length. It also obtained the increasement regularity of the bed head loss alongwith time. Under the foundation of doing a great number of determining experiments about a newkind of filter media - cinder filter media, it obtained the concrete formula of suspension materialconcentraition, deposit and head loss about cinder filter media. The experiment result indicate thatthis mathematical model is accord with practice, so it can be applied to engineering estimation, Thepaper give the mathematical formulas of concentration, deposit and head loss, it can be used to dothe engineering estimation of different kind of filter.
