【Abstract】 Thin films of Zn x Cd 1- x S and Zn x Cd 1- x S/CdTe heterojuction solar cells are prepared by screen printed methods.X ray diffraction,optical absorption analyses and four probe method were used for the characterization.The results of experiment show that the lattice constant of the films is associated with Zn concentration(x).As the fraction of zinc increases,the lattice constant becomes smaller.The content of zinc also influences the optical absortivity of the films.更多还原
