芝麻、燕麦对发育期小鼠血脂及脂质过氧化作用的影响
Effects of Sesame and Oat on Blood-Lipid and Lipid Peroxidation in Growing Mice
【摘要】 为观察黑芝麻、白芝麻、燕麦对发育期小鼠血脂及脂质过氧化作用的影响,用各含有10%上述食品的三种饲料分别喂问离乳小鼠6周,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及肝、肾、脑组织中的脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)、还原型谷胱甘肽(CSH)的含量,计算高密度脂蛋白胆固醇与总胆固醇的比值(HDL-C/TC)、动脉硬化指数(AI)。结果表明,与对照组相比,各实验组小鼠血中TC、HDL-C、HDL-C/知及AI值的差别均无显著性(P>0.05);各实验组肝脏组织中MDA的含量明显低于对照组,其差别有显著性(P<0.01);黑芝麻织、白芝麻组脑组织中MDA的含量也明显低于对照组,差别有显著性(P<0.05);各实验组肾脏组织中GSH的含量明显高于对照组,其差别有显著性(P<0.01),说明黑芝麻、白芝麻及燕麦可以提高小鼠机体的抗脂质过氧化能力。
【Abstract】 To study the effects of black sesame, white sesame and oat on blood-lipid and lipid peroxidation in tissues of growing mice, the concentrations of total cholesterol(TC) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) in serum, MDA and GSH in liver, kidney and brain tissues were determined after weaning mice had been fed one of diets containing 10% black sesame, white sesame or oat for six weeks. The ratio of HDLC and TC(HDL- C/TC) and atherogenic index(AI) were calculated. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the concentrations of TC and HDL-C, HDL-C/TC and AI among three experimental groups and control group(P > 0.05), the concentrations of MDA in liver tissues of three experimental groups were lower than that of control group(P < 0.01).The diets with added bleck sesame and white sesame caused a significant reduction in concentration of MDA in brain tissue, three experimental groups showed an increase in concentration of GSH in kidney tissue as compared with control group(P < 0.01 ) .The results indicate that sesame and oat can enhance the capacity of anti - peroxidation in mice.
