【摘要】 （目的）观察抗肿瘤新药康莱特（KLT）乳加顺铂（DDP）联合治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效。（方法）治疗恶性胸腔积液30例。治疗组15例KLT乳200ml＋DDP40mg胸腔内注入；对照组15例单用顺铂100mp胸腔内注入。（结果）治疗组CR为66.7％（10／15），无毒副作用出现；对照组CR为26．7％（4／15），出现消化道反应3例，肾毒性反应1例。（结论）以KLT乳加DDP联合腔内化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液有效率高，毒副反应轻，是一值得推广的疗法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Purpose] To evaluate the results of combination therapy with Kanglaite (KLT) plus DDP in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion. [Methods] Thirty patients with malignant pleural effusion were enrolled in this study. Of them, 15 pa-tients were treated with intrapleural injections of KLT 200ml plus DDP 40mg. For comparision, 15 patients were treated hy in-trapleural DDP. [Results] The CR rate in the treatment group was 66. 7%(10/15) and no adverse reactions occurred. While thatin the control group was 26. 7% (4/15) and gastrointestinal, renal toxicity occurred in 3 and 1 cases, respectively. [Conclusion] Ahigh CR rate was obtained in tnalignant pleural effusion treated by intrapleural injections of KLT plus DDP and it is a promsingtherapy with minor toxicity.更多还原
