【摘要】 [目的]控讨C－erbB－2基因产物表达在胃癌的进展、生物学行为及预后判断中的作用。[方法]应用免疫组织化学方法研究C－erbB－2在63例胃癌标本中的表达。[结果]C－erbB－2原癌基因产物在进展期胃癌组、伴有淋巴结转移组及体有血管或神经侵犯组的阳性表达率分别为64．9％，74．2巩和66．7％。C－erbB－2表达与胃癌的分级和分化程度，淋巴结转移等有关（P＜0．05）。[结论]C－erbB－2原癌基因检测可作为胃癌生物学行为和胃癌预后判断的重要指标。更多还原
