【Abstract】 Troponin T(TnT) in coronary effluent from isolated rat hearts were detected using the enzyme-linked immuno-sorbent assay during the study of myocadial protective effects of adenosine cardioplegia. Cardiac enzymes(LDH, CK) levels were compared with that of TnT. These studies indicated that (1) the measurements of TnT might be more sensitive for the detection of myocardial damage in the isolated rat heaxts than that of LDH and CK and (2) there were strong correlation between TnT and LDH (r=0.901) or CK(r=0.869).
