28%Cr白口铸铁激冷组织耐磨性的研究
An Investigation of the Abrasion Resistance of Chilled 28% Cr White Cast Iron
【摘要】 在以显微切削为主要磨损机制的二体磨料磨损系统中,研究了金属型激传铸造28%Cr白口铸铁的耐磨性,并与砂型铸造该铸铁的耐磨性进行比较。结果表明,当磨料粒度较小或载荷较轻时,激冷铸造与砂型铸造28%Cr白口铸铁的耐磨性差别不大;而当磨料粒度较大或载荷较重时,激冷铸造反而使该铸铁的耐磨性大幅度下降,其原因主要是激冷组织中碳化物相尺寸过小的缘故。
【Abstract】 The abrasion resistance of 28 % Cr white cast iron solidified in a chill - mould was investigated and compared with that of the cast iron solidified in a sand -mould in a two - body abrasion system, in which the wear mechanism is predominantly micro - cutting. It is shown that the abrasion resistance of 28% Cr white cast iron solidified in the two kinds of mould had little difference as the size of abrasives was smaller or the applied load was lighter. The wear resistance of the cast iron solidified in the chillmould decreased largely as the size of abrasives used was larger or the applied load was higher, this is be cause the size of the carbide phase in chilled microstructure of the cast iron was too small.
