工频前炉内铁液电磁搅拌脱硫净化工艺的研究
Molten Iron Desulphurization Process with Electro-Magnetic Agitation in Cupola Forehearth
【摘要】 介绍了工频前炉内铁液电磁搅拌脱硫净化工艺技术的试验研究与结果。这种工艺方法可以在保温升温的条件下,连续对冲天炉铁液进行脱硫净化处理,可同时获得高温低硫铁液,不必倒包再加热,工艺简单,效果明显,是一种较先进的脱硫工艺。
【Abstract】 The experiment on the purification process of molten iron by desulphurizing with electromagnetic agitation in a cupola forehearth heated with main frequence electro - power was introduced, and the results were repor’ed. It is possible by using this process to continuously desulphurize and purify the molten iron from cupola while holding and /or raising temperature, so that the molten iron with high temperature and low sulphur content could be obtained directly without reladling and reheating. The process is simple and can bring excellent effect. It has been considered an advanced desulphurizing process.
