【摘要】 目的：通过分析风湿性心脏瓣膜病变的冠状动脉造影，研究风湿性心脏瓣膜病变有无冠状动脉器质性病变。材料与方法：回顾性收集近十年来20例风湿性心脏瓣膜病变的冠状动脉造影资料，与同期40例正常人冠状动脉造影的冠状动脉进行测量并做了比较。结果：经过冠状动脉造影分析，20例风湿性心脏瓣膜病变均无冠状动脉狭窄，且冠状动脉直径均在正常或稍超出正常范围。结论：风湿性心脏瓣膜病变少见合并冠心病改变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: Through the analyis of the coronary arteriography (CAG) of rheumatiC heart valvular lesion, to pro-vide objective evidence for the view that rheumatic heart valvular lesions rarely complicate-with stenosis of coronaty arteries. Me-terials and Methods: To collect retrospectively the CAG results of 20 cases of rheumatic heart valvular lesions in the past 10 years and to measure the diameters of coronary arteries, and then to compare them with the normal range obtained flom the CAG of 40 healthy persons. Results: None of the 20 cases complicate with stenosis of coronary arteries and all the diameters of coronaty ar-teries are within or slightly above the normal range- Conclusion: Rheumatic heart valvular lesions raerly complicate with coronary heart disease.更多还原
