【摘要】 目的：提高经腹B型超声对于异位妊娠的诊断符合率。材料与方法：总结B型超声对于异位妊娠的误诊及漏诊病例，分析其中的原因，总结经验。结果：9年来83例异位妊娠诊断的病历中，共有5例误诊，15例漏诊，误诊及漏诊的病种多种多样。结论：根据现有经验；提出了异位妊娠经腹B超声像图的4个基本类型。更多还原

【Abstract】 purpose: To raise the diagnostic accordance rate of transabdominal B -Mode ultrasonography on the ectopic pregnancy. Metetials and Methods: It is summarized the transabdominal B -Mode ultrasonography on the diagnosis by mistake and the missed disgnosis in the ectopic pregnancy, the causes of them were analysed , the experience was summed up. Results:There were 5 cases diagnosed by mistake and 15 cases missed diagnosis in 83 patients diagnosed ectopic pregnancy in the hospital for 9 years. The gynaecologic diseases of the diagnosis by mistake and the missed diagnosis in ectopic pregnancy were manifold. Conclusiou: 4 elemental kinds ot the ultrasonography in ectopic pregnancy were raised, according to the limited experience.更多还原
