【Abstract】 A PVC membrane ion - selective electrode of berberine hydrochloride was prepared.The electrode could be used to determine berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablets. The electrode showed nerast response with a slope of 56 mV/ pC over the concentration range of 1.0×10-3~5.0×10-7mol/L.The minimal detection limit was 2.3×10-7 mol/L.The average recovery was 100.3% with a RSD of 0.75% .更多还原
