离子选择电极法测定三黄片中盐酸小檗碱的含量
Determination of berberine bydrochloride in sanbuan tablets by selective electrode method
【摘要】 以小檗碱溴汞酸盐为电活性物制备PVC膜离子选择电极,用以测定三黄片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。电极的线性范围1.0×10-3~5.0×10-7mol/L,级差56mV/pC,检测下限2.3×10-7mol/L,平均加样回收率100.3%,RSD0.75%。
【Abstract】 A PVC membrane ion - selective electrode of berberine hydrochloride was prepared.The electrode could be used to determine berberine hydrochloride in Sanhuang tablets. The electrode showed nerast response with a slope of 56 mV/ pC over the concentration range of 1.0×10-3~5.0×10-7mol/L.The minimal detection limit was 2.3×10-7 mol/L.The average recovery was 100.3% with a RSD of 0.75% .
