【Abstract】 The inhibitory effect of Haliotis discushannai Ino. polysaccharide on Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma(EC), Sarcomal 180 (S180), Hepatoma Abdomen (Hep) in mice was studied. It was found that Haliotis discushannai Ino. Polysaccharide could obviously prolong the survival duration of mice suffering from tumor and inhibit neoplaxtic proliferation. The results showed that Haliotis discushannai Ino. polysaccharide is a safe, effective and promising pharmaceutic preparation of traditional Chinese medicine.
