【摘要】 为探讨减少前列腺摘除术出血,采用多功能药囊导尿管止血。试验分3组,每组50例,试验组单纯药囊内注入肾上腺素和庆大霉素,对照1组注药加膀胱颈5、7点缝扎,对照2组单注入生理盐水,结果发现试验组具有药囊压迫膀胱颈及腺窝止血;药囊持续渗出的肾上腺素使血管收缩止血;药囊促使前列腺包膜收缩止血;随意提高药囊内压力及肾上腺素浓度来控制出血等优点,且橾作简便,手术时间短、出血少、恢复快,术后无继发性出血、感染、尿失禁、尿道狭窄等并发症,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The authors used multifunctional medicinal - sac - urinary catheter in prostetectomy to reduce the bleeding. This study comprised 150 patients who were divided into 3 groups in random. The sac was filled with adrenalin and gentamycin solution for the experimental group, and with additional ligation at 5 and 7 o’clock position of the urinary bladder neck in one control group. In the other control group the sac was simply filled with physiological saline. In the experimental group, the medicinal sac stopped the bleeding by squeezing the neck of the urinary bladder; the adrenalin in the sac exuded continually to contract the blood vessels and inducing the prostate gland capsule to contract. The adrenalin concentration and volume could be controlled to gain efficient hemostasis. The technique was easy to perform with less operating time bleeding and complications.更多还原
