采用全断面及扩孔式硬岩掘进机的大断面隧道掘进
Tunnel Excavation by "Full-Face" and "Reaming" Hard Rock IBM
【摘要】 迄今为止,世界上已有大约140km直径超过9m的岩石隧道成功地采用全断面掘进机及扩孔式掘进机进行开挖。目前,机械破岩法隧道掘进的趋势仍在向着更大断面的隧道发展,大断面隧道掘进中的高地层压力和由此产生的挤压性地质条件,则要求人们对全断面掘进的工艺和设备必须进行慎重地选择。本文除对不同类型全断面掘进机的特征作了一般性的分析比较外,还通过对国际上典型的全断面掘进机应用实例的分析,得出了一些较具体的结论,以作为今后隧道工程项目选择全断面掘进机的推荐性意见。
【Abstract】 Full -face" TBM and "reaming" TBM have been successfully used to excavate rock tunnels with diameters over 9m for approx. 140km so far in the world. Presently, the development tendency of TBM method is to excavate tunnels with larger cross section. Therefore it requires us to carefully select the technology and equipments for full face excavation due to high ground pressure and resulting squeezed geological condition during tunnel excavation. This paper not only analyses and compares characters of different types of full -face TBM. but also draws some specific conclusions by analysing some typical examples in the world and it should be taken as a reference to select full - face TBM in future tunnel projects.
