【摘要】 采用自身对照的方法,在24例中度或重度牙周炎患者的42对牙位的牙周袋内分别放置替硝唑药膜和甲硝唑棒,观察14天。检测各项临床指标和龈沟液量,并采集龈下菌斑,测定螺旋体的百分比。结果证明局部应用替硝唑能有效改善临床症状,抑制牙周炎症。替硝唑药膜使用方便,无副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 To not only develop the effect of TNZ in elimination anaerobic bacteria,but also avoid its side effects in general medication,we investigated the effect of the locally applied TNZ. The results of 24 patients, 42 sites were reported in this paper. Alginic sodium was employed as medium of TNZ drug membrane. We select 24 severe active stage periodontits patients 42 sites to apply TNZ membrane locally. The same quantites of teeth with similar periodontal status were chosen at the other side of the patient’ dentiton. Yakang was used for control test. Both drugs were placed in the periodontal pockets every other day for three times. We measured those indexes(PLI,BI,PD)and GCF magnitude at the third and tenth day after the withdrawal of the drugs. Self - control test was performed to determie the change of periodontal after the medication. Significant decreases of indexes of test of group after three - time medication demonstrate the evident anti -inflammation effect of TNZ membrane. The advantages of alginic sodium such as slow resolution and no tissue irritation made it a satisfactory carrier for local application of TNZ.更多还原
