【摘要】 本研究旨在运用肌电图技术,探索作为咀嚼系统重要组成部分的咀嚼肌群功能的生长发育规律。实验结果表明在功能运动中,年轻恒牙(牙合)青少年较乳牙(牙合)儿童咀嚼肌肌电电位明显升高,差异具有高度显著性。但咀嚼肌功能储备却没有显著的增长,说明此阶段的咀嚼肌功能尚有待进一步的发育成熟。本研究结果为儿童咬合诱导的早期诊断及疗效评价提供了一定的理论基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 EMG techniques were employed in this reseach for exploring the discipline of masticatory muscle development. Two groups of healthy people with normal occlusions were selected. One group was composed of thirty children with deciduous dentition, another was of thirty adolescents with early permanent dentition. EMG Records were taken under rest, clenching, incisal biting and chewing conditions. The results showed that the adolescents had a significantly higher activity levels than childen except at rest position, and the functional reserve of masticatory muscles was not found to rise sharply from children to adolescence.更多还原
