【摘要】 本文以针刺颈部天柱、天牖、天容、天窗即“四天”穴为主，治疗颈肩综合症94例，并根据不同兼症配以局部和远端的腧穴，采用不同的毫针刺法，治愈49例，显效55例，好转17例，总有效率96．8％。经统计学处理，提示疗效与病人年龄、病程有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 94 cases of cervical-shoulder syndromes were treated by needling the "Four Heaven" point (Tianzhu BL 10; Tianyou SJ 16; Tianrong SI 17; Tianchuang SI 16 )which locate on the neck. According to the different syndromes, this treatment uses supplement of location points or distance points, with varied needling method. After arriving Qi and making Qi to the location of slight illness,it takes scraping method during retaining the needle, and than, positive withdrawing the needle. The total effective rate is 96. 8 %. Accroding to statistics, it points out that effectiveness relates to patients’age and course of disease.更多还原
