白菜型油菜(B.campestris L.)双显性核不育896AB的选育
Selection and Breeding of Double Dominant Nuclear Sterility of 896AB in B. campestrics L.
【摘要】 以北方白菜型油菜自交系S3-18为母本,加拿大白菜型春油莱Tobin为父本杂交。在自交2代中出现不育株37AB,经研究认为,该不育材料是由2种不育基因(MSMSrfrf、MSmsrfrf)、4种保持基因(MSMSRfrf、MSmsRfrf、msmsRfrf、msmsrfrf)组成的杂合不育群体。用成对保持、双隐性测交的方法,经2~3个世代的选育,育成896AB双显性核不育系及125ab等双隐性临保系。用双隐性临保系对双显性不育系保持,可获得全不育系。再用含抑制基因(RfRf)的植株与全不育系杂交,使全不育系恢复可育,实现双显性核不育的三系配套。
【Abstract】 Self-bred line S3-18 of the Northern B. campestrics L. , as female parent,cross with B. campestrics L. Canadian spring, as male parent. The sterile plant 37AB appearedin the second selfing generation. The study showed that sterile material is constitutes of heterozygous sterility population with 2 sterile genes (MSMSrfrf, MSmsrfrf) and 4 maintaining genes(MSMSRfrf, msMSRfrf, msmsRfrf, msmsrfrf). Using paird maintaining, double recessive testcrossing, the doubledominant nuclear sterility line of 896 AB and double recessive temporarymaintainer 125 ab after 2~3 selecting generation. The completely sterile line can be obtainedcrossing temporary double dominant maintaining line with double dominant sterile line; and thenthe completely sterile line can become fertile, crossed the plant with inhibiting genes with complete sterility; finally,the 3 lines of the double dominance formed a complete set.
