特白一号薯叶制品功能性实验及临床应用研究

【摘要】 以特白一号甘薯(Ipomea batatas Lam.)叶为主要原料制成“维康”饲喂用环磷酰胺抑制免疫机能的动物及高脂模型动物,实验结果表明:实验组胸腺、脾脏重量、吞噬率、T淋巴细胞总数、白细胞和血小板数均明显高于环磷酰胺对照组(P<0.01);实验组小鼠的血清TC、TG和LPO含量均明显低于高脂模型组(P<0.01),HDL-C明显高于高脂模型组(P<0.01);体外抗栓作用明显优于对照组(P<0.01),且呈量效关系。临床结果:脾气虚证和脾不统血证及其理化指标均明显优于香菇多糖片对照组。提示:“维康”具有提高免疫功能和防治高脂血症作用,对脾气虚和脾不统血证有良好的、可靠的保健治疗作用。

【Abstract】 Weikang, a product of processing sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas Lam. , cv.Tebai)leaves by advanced techniques, was used to feed animals treated with cyclophosphamide(CY)and animals with high blood lipid. The results showed that the group of animal fed withWeikang had significantly higher indices than the CY control group in thymus weight, spleenweight phagocytic percentage, total count of T lymphocytes, white cell count and platelet count(P<0.01). The test group of mice was significantly lower in serum TC, TG and LPO(P< 0.01), significantly higher in HDL-C(P<0.01), as compared with the hypercholesterolgroup and significantly better in extracorporeal antithrombolic effect(P<0.01). Clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine indicated that the group treated with Weikang gave significantly better indices than the control group fed with mushroom polysaccharide in the symptomsof the energy deficiency and the incapability to control blood in spleen. It was suggested thatWeikang might have the effects of raising immunal functions and controling hypercholesterolsymptoms, and consequently exerted favourable and reliable medical improvement on the energydeficiency and incapability of blood control in the spleen.
