【摘要】 成人高等医学教育是我国高等医学教育的重要组成部分,对提高广大在职卫生技术人员的思想文化素质和技术水平发挥了重要的作用。本文阐述了成人高等医学教育在建设有中国特色的社会主义卫生事业中的重要地位和不可替代作用;总结了成人高等医学教育的特点,提出了新时期成人高等医学教育面临的五大主要任务;根据全国卫生工作会议精神,结合成人高等医学教育的现状,提出以继续医学教育为发展重点,调整专业结构、拓宽办学渠道、深化教学改革等积极发展成人高等医学教育的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Higher adult education of medicine is an important component in our country’s highermedical education and plays a great part in improving the intellectual quality and technical level of inservice health technical personnel. Thus new requirements have been made of higher adult education ofmedicine by the health policies in new era suggested at the National Health-Work Meeting. This paperdiscussed the important position and unreplaceable part of higher adult medical education in constructingsocialist health work of Chinese characteristics, summarized its features, set its 5 major tasks. Based onthe meeting and the present situation, we suggest active development of higher adult medical educationby carrying out continued medical education as the development emphasis, adjusting specialty structure,broadening school-running channels, and deepening teaching reforms.更多还原
