【摘要】 传染性法氏囊病Ｖｅｒｏ细胞灭活疫苗的免疫试验表明，用０．５和０．８ｍＬ／只剂量分别肌肉接种。１０～１４日龄首免，８ｄ后可检出病毒特异性抗体，１４ｄ抗体Ｐ／Ｎ值为３．８～５．６．病毒中和抗体滴度为１∶３２～１∶６４；２１ｄＰ／Ｎ值为６．３～６．８，中和抗体滴度平均为１∶１０２４～１∶２０４８，此时血清抗体对鸡的保护率为８５．７％．３０～３５日龄二免，１４ｄ后Ｐ／Ｎ值５．０～５．２，中和抗体滴度高达１∶２０４８～１∶８１９２，对鸡的保护率为１００％．二免后１１２ｄ（１４７日龄）抗体仍保持较高水平，Ｐ／Ｎ值为３．２～３．４．野外试验表明，这种疫苗安全、有效。在３０００只蛋鸡群平行试验，灭活苗比活苗抗体水平高出０．２个光密度值，抗体持续期长。接种灭活苗的鸡群５个月内未发生此病。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research results of immunovaccination and field tests of IBD Vero cell culture inactivated virus vaccine has been reported.The results showed that the vaccine had a quality immunogenicity when chicken was given 0.5 mL or 0.8 mL dosage by subcutanous or muscular route.The date of vaccination first was conducted at 10-14 days of age.8 d later,the chickens could be detected specific antibodies against IBDV and P/N value detected by ELISA was 3.8-5.6 at 14 d,and titers of virus neutnaligation (VN) antibody were 1∶32-1∶64.After 21 d, P/N value was 6.3-6.8,and titer of VN antibody was 1∶1 024-1∶2 048.At this time,protective rate of sera for chicken against virulent IBD virus challenge was 85.7 percent.Second vaccination was conducted at 30-35 days of age.After 14 d of immunigation,the P/N value of of antibodies in sera was 5.0-5.2,and titer of VN antibody was up to 1∶2 048-1∶8 192,and protective rate of sera for chickens against virulent IBDV challenge was 100 percent.After 112 d of second vaccination,the chicken had already been 147 days of age and still maintained high level of antibodies and the P/N value was 3.2-3.4.Field tests showed that the IBD Vero cell inactivated vaccine was salty and efficient.更多还原
