【摘要】 对新发现的一种杀虫植物砂地柏（ＳａｂｉｎａｖｕｌｇａｒｉｓＡｎｔ．）果实提取物影响粘虫（ＭｙｔｈｉｍｎａｓｅｐａｒａｔａＷａｌｋｅｒ）幼虫肠道组织进行了研究。结果表明，砂地柏提取物对粘虫肠道组织的膜结构及亚细胞结构均能造成一定的损伤和影响，对马氏管结构亦有破坏作用，这可能是导致粘虫中毒死亡的主要原因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pathological changes of the larvae of Mythimna separta were abserved by means of light microscope, scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the cell of midgut,hindgut and malpighian tubules were seriously destroyed by the extracts from the fruit of Sabina vulgaris.These effects probably were the main reasons for the death of treated larvae.更多还原
