【摘要】 研究了在密封增压消化罐内用微波炉进行酸消解的情况，考察了酸消解体系、微波功率、消解时间、酸用量及称样量等对消解结果的影响。以优选的最佳条件消解试样，利用原子吸收光谱法和比色法测定饲料样品和标准样品中的钙和磷。结果表明，饲料样品钙和磷的回收率分别为９４．３０％～１０６．７５％和９１．８５％～１０８．３０％。该法测定结果与标准推荐值无显著差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 The acid digestion of feed was studied by microwave stove heating in the pressure sealed jar. The effects of the acid digestion system microwave power, digesting time, amount of added acid and sample weight on the digestion result were investigated, and the optimum digestion condition was obtained and used Ca and P in the feed and standard sample were determined by atomic absorption spectrometer and colormetric method. Their recovery were 94.30%￣106.75% for Ca, 91.85%￣108.3% for P respectively. The results shows that the method is fast, economical, distinctive and accurate.更多还原
