具有补偿作用的多边形磁链轨迹模型控制
A Simple Way on Keeping Flux Linkage of Motor Nearly Constant Under Working Conditions
【摘要】 按常规多边形磁链轨迹模型对电动机的恒磁链调频控制,在电源电压变化及定子电阻压降影响下,磁链幅值将产生较大偏差。本文采用对非零电压矢量作用时间进行补偿的方法,以减小所产生的偏差,给出了原理电路和参数关系,并用计算机仿真进行验证。
【Abstract】 Even though two Japanese authors first proposed in the seventies a theoretical method for keeping flux linkage of motor as nearly constant as possible, yet there are practical factors that make flux linkage deviate considerable from being constant. We developed a method that is much simpler than past methods for reducing such deviation. We found that the two causes of deviation are: variation of supply voltage and the existence of the resistance voltage of the stator winding of the motor. They must be compensated for if the deviation is to be held to a minimum. The circuit for accomplishing such compensation is shown in Fig.3. Fig.3 is based on the introduction of the concept of zero voltage vector and on making its working time proportional to the total deviation due to two causes. Nonzero voltage vector working time Δ t 1 can be computed with eq.(12), where Δ , dc ·R, V 1, V cc , C, R 3, R 4,R c can be understood by a careful lood at Fig.3, K C=2C V cc /3, K i=R 1/[R c(R 1+R 2)], K A=R 3/R 4. Computer simulation appears to indicate that our simple method is feasible.
