诺卡氏T-01菌降解十二烷基苯磺酸钠的研究

【摘要】 得出了诺卡氏T-01菌对比较难生物降解的十二烷基苯磺酸钠(ABS)有较强的降解能力的结论.当pH=7~8,ABS的浓度为30~50mg/L,时间为50~60h时,降解效率可达90%以上;ABS的浓度为100g/L以下时仍有较好的降解能力.

【Abstract】 In this paper, the biodegradable feasibility of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(ABS) by T-01 bacterial, which is difficult from biodegradation,was studied. The result shows thatmore than 90% can be degraded by T-01 bacterial upon condition of pH 7~8, the concentration ofABS 30~50 mg/L, the lenth of time for 50~60 h. There is still good bildegradability when theconcentration of ABS is less than 100 mg/L In addition,the biodegradability of T-01 bacterial afterbeing irradiated by utral-violet rays is superior markedly to the untreated bacterial.
